An LPA Receiver's appointment has been signed on behalf of the bank by one person. To be in line with the Companies Act 2006 I believe that person would need to have power of attorney for the bank otherwise the document would need to be signed either by two directors or an authorised person and attested by a witness. The documemt is 'signed under the hand of' and is not a deed. It does not have a seal affixed.

Any input would be much appreciated. Thank you
