what would you like to have.. all have been scanned and transferred to FOS, so hard to redact PDF. we can start with statements, omission from Santander, CCA response etc

It's a shame that no one counterclaims against these terrible DCA as it may teach them a lesson about buying debts that are SB'd. Terrible

counterclaiming because of PPI/penalty charges

is nowt to do with the debt buyer.

the challenging unlawful fees should have been done long ago

logged that defence on the 19/07/2015 for deadline date of the 20/07/2015.

 

 

Confirmation from NCC at 8:05am, so no Default CCJ for me. YEAH YEAH YEAH, but lets wait and see what the next 19 -33 days bring from the illicit Hoist.

why did you have trouble fitting a 625 characters SB defence in a box that allows 1080 characters?
