So do we have any "fundamental" laws? i.e. something like the American amendments?

 

"Fundamental" laws or "fundamental" rights?

 

Also bear in mind the amendments are just that, amendments to the U.S. Constitution (which in itself grants rights).

 

Is this to answer the "written vs unwritten" constitution question? (commonly debated in constitutional law)

 

Is an unwritten system more flexible than a written one?

 

Is it that you have rights until a law limits them? Or do you only gain rights when a law is written?.

The Bill of rights is often used by the Freeman Of The Land Movement.

 

More often than not, those in that movement tend to fail in their legal arguments.
