please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

That is correct, you wont have permission to post on that thread, It is for Administrators only - there is no reason why anyone else would require to post in that particular thread.

What are you attempting to do, pd50 ?

May be helpful to post this on the sticky that appears to be out of date and malfunctioning.

Thanks Lapsed, as dx100uk said that information is probably better than what I would have read if the link had worked anyway.

citizenB: I was just trying to read consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/content.php?251-banefits as linked to from consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?277393-Benefits-A-Z (and yes, I tried changing it to 251-benefits, same result) Sorry, I should have said that in my first post.

You're very welcome, the aim is to please, and welcome to CAG by the way, didn't notice earlier that you were a new member.

Unfortunate that your first experience on the site fell slightly below the usually high standard on offer. You will see, however, the swiftness of the action undertaken to address concerns when they arise and are reported, even to the extent of working to rectify the problem through the night. Hope you haven't been unduly inconvenienced and that the answers you seek can now be readily accessed.
