You need to contact your bank. They will start an Investigation

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

I rang them before

they said they will look into it as they can see 500 showing on my statement.

the lady in the shop said they will check the machine tonight when they close

if it shows I am correct

they will ring and i can collect my money.

i told her right away and the machine said unable to dispense money.

how will the machine show her i was right do they have logs or something?

My bank said it should be installed with cctv so i should be ok

the tally on the machine will be wrong against the cash dispensed

happen s quite often on those tiny standalone machines inside shops.

they don't like old bank notes and often get ruffle during the dispensing cycle..

you should be ok

just to check.

have you a card that allows £500 out then?

must are £350 or less

Lady from shop rang me before and said I am owed money and to take my bank statement in tomorrow to show 500 was withdrawn.

She insisted tho the amount I said I got was wrong but she can't confirm the exact amount am owed for protection reason.

What does all that mean I know am owed 320

but she is saying the figure from the machine don't match.

could she just being saying that because she wants to see my statement

well simply redact the statemet of other things

there might be others too so she wants to be sure

I'd do that too wouldn't you?

If she is adamant it is wrong, then she would need to allow an independant party to check the figures. Just incase she is trying to pull a fast one.
