Please can you help?

I made a successful after Ombudsman's adjudication for PPI

but MBNA took it off my debit on my cards.

I thought they should pay me directly

if they had I would not have had to go into a debit management plan.

Is there any thing I can do?

Many thanks.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi D,Thanks for the reply. I will contact MBNA again and no doubt the Ombudsman to!The debit management plan is free I did get involved with a Debit Management Company but after yet another complaint to the FSO got my money back.It is a minefield once you take on financial institutions and I have no faith the individual can win.RegardsGeoff
