Hi all,

Been spending hours reading over this great site and im also in the middle of claiming my bank charges back with HSBC. Im at the point where im sending my preliminary request for a refund but where is the best place to send the letter off to? There seems to be lots of different people and addresses on here and im a bit confused.

Many thanks in advance. :)

I sent the first letter to my local branch but they told me that they wont deal with it as its not a local branch issue. After looking around, this seems a good one to use:

Colin Langdale

HSBC Bank Plc

Senior Service Quality Officer

Arlington Business Centre

Millshaw Park Lane

Leeds

LS11 0PP

This one ok to use? :) Thanks

I think that's ok but a lot of us are using the Canada Square address in London and sending the letters to David Lewis (Head of Customer Service)

I don't think it really matters as long as you send it recorded :)
