Confused on when my next ESA WCA date should be.

Migrated from IB to ESA put in WRAG then after reconsideration Put in Support three month later

 

My question is will my next ESA WCA fall on the date the first Decision was made

 

Or will it go from the reconsidered decision date Thanks.

The suggested reassessment date provided by ATOS is just that - a suggestion. DWP can reassess you whenever they like, so whether the time counts from the original or the reconsidered decision is pretty much irrelevant, especially as they're only 3 months apart.

On top of that, there are still huge delays in most areas even to assess new claimants and the remaining transfers, so you're probably way down the priority list.

Easier said than done, but the best thing to do is just forget about it until the next ESA50 form lands on your doormat, other than collecting relevant evidence whenever something useful crops up.
