Without warning or announcement, Microsoft has seen fit to include Bing in it's Internet Explorer. When opening a tab, it brings up Bing as your search engine instead of the one you set as default.

This is very annoying for those that don't want it and it's results are mainly U.S. sourced so not a lot of use to people in other countries.

All is not lost though, if you don't want it or it doesn't bring up the search results you want, you can disable it, (MS won't tell you how though):

Remove Bing

If you can't do it yourself Caro, get your admin to do it for you.

It is as you say, rubbish. What is the point of US search results to a UK user.

No chance Phil. I'd probably have to justify it and do a full business case!! I just type google into bing and bingo!!
