I had repo order on me back in 1983 and I payed a one time payment 4 ppi the bank sey they cannot help me not unless i have the mortgage number i was hoping that the repossession order would have a that number on it so that's why i was looking for a website about repossession

So your house was repossessed in 1983 and the mortgage paid off with the proceeds?

 

If that is the case then the lender may well not have any records going back that far anyway.

 

You could try a Subject Access Request to the lender to see what they might have. Template for SAR is in the CAG library, the link to which is at the top of every CAG page in green. You don't need an account number for a SAR.

 

There is a fee to pay of £10 and they will have 40 days to supply any data they have on you.
