Hey guys

I got a letter ages ago from fedex asking me to pay some charges for something I purchased from america. Amount was £18.51 to pay, I ignored it and got a letter from PLC telling me to pay them instead of Fedex.

What I'd like to know, is it safe to continue to ignore them ? No court hearing or any of that stuff as I can't really be dealing with that stuff as I am a Uni student.

Can I just ignore them ?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Awesome, thanks. I used google to search the site, but nowbody actually said what happened at the end.

Are you 99.99% sure I can ignore this ? I ask as, like I said before being a uni student, if I am called into court its messes up with my registration at my uni

as with all DCA's

THEY ARE NOT BAILIFFS

and have

NO SUCH LEGAL POWERS.

only the owners can do court

and we've never seen it.
