Final point u wanted to mention was the fact it seems that welcome are trying to add a £235 acceptance fee into the loan originally which I believe is against the cca law based on Wilson vs fct ?? Am I correct ??

if you say so??

a default notice and the actual marking of the CRA defaulted are not linked.

welcome statements are 90% fiction anyway.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

the problem you have is that none of this has any bearing on the

validity or otherwise of the legal charge

You may wish to have a read of the Land Registration Act 2002,

to give you some idea of the complexities involved.

Its not something a layperson could attempt imo

No problem. Deed is fine, T's and C's are virtually illegible but il post them up and sorry what do you mean by CCA response? or do you just mean a copy of the CCA?
