OK, print out the offer email and job description with salary details. We need to affix those to the N11M also, so the judge can see proof of your employment.

Does that £360 include the £120 towards the arrears you have offered in your letter ?

Hi, the statement to go with the N11M is affixed. You need to take out the XXX's at the top of the statement and write in the details which you will find on the claim for possession.

When you print it out, make sure that your printer is set for A4 paper (not letter size so it all stays on one page).

On the copy of the letter you sent to them last week - write the Claim number on the top right hand corner and Appendix 1 on the top left corner - do the same on the budget sheet. On their letter refusing your offer write the claim number and Appendix 2, on your job offer information write the claim number and appendix 3.

Affix all the Appendices to the N11M (make sure they are stapled securely together) then hand deliver it to the court. Take a photocopy of it all before handing it in so you have a set to refer to in the hearing.

When you hand it in to the court, as them if they have any duty legal advisers there on the day of your hearing. If so, you can approach them and they will accompany you into the hearing and support your case.

What hours will you be working in your new job?

As I am training in a group for 1st 4 weeks, i am 9 - 530. My court appearance is 2pm.

I was asked on the interview if I had any appointments, as I am not allowed anything for 3 months. So makes it kind of difficult for me

I'm afraid that, unless the lender cancels the hearing, you have no option but to attend. The sooner you get the N11M papers to the court the better as they will send a copy to the lender and it may make them cancel (not guaranteed, but you can hope).

How far is the court from where you will be working ?

Most court counters close at 3 or 4pm, best to ring up and ask.

It really is best to hand it in. If you send by special delivery, make sure you ring the court the next day to check they have received it (just in case).
