Any word yet from BOS?

** I AM NOT A LAWYER, PLEASE CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT **

I have successfully claimed against: "MBNA, Capital One, Bank of Scotland & Clydesdale Bank"

Success!

Got a letter today from BOS which summarises as:

BOS have returned Acknowledgement stating they would defend.

However, it is not commercially viable so they will re-imburse £445 + £141 interest + £39 fee.

Money will be credited to my account in 5 days.

So, now that claim 1 of 5 is out of the way do I:

1. submit the next claim now

2. wait for the money to go in and then submit next claim

3. something else?

Also, do I inform BOS of my intentions regarding 4 more claims?

Use Halifax court in England and bundle the next four together. Worked fine for me.

Bank of Scotland - £4000+ returned. Scottish resident, scottish accounts, but it's Halifax Bank of Scotland now, so took 'em to court in Halifax. One small claims, one defence filed, one refund of all charges + interest! Done and dusted.

Next - Capital One :D

I'd write back to them saying that you accept this as a part payment but you will still be proceeding with this court hearting to reclaim the interest&costs!! Imagine you'll have your intsrest sonn afterwards! :)

BOS

Claim No.3 for £589.75+8%, Decree received, Sheriffs Officers instructed to serve a charge 21/4!

Claim No.4:- claiming £1507.00, Court Papers submitted 5/4 !

I'm wondering if I should stop this claim as they have part paid, and add the £156 into my final claim on this account.

It would still not be over £750.

I called the bank today (also called 2 days ago) asking what they will do regarding the interest. Bloke said 'you do realise we may close your account?'. YUP :).

Hope they get it sorted soon so I can submit final claim on this account.
