A PDL has NO right to ask that. ALl they are allowed is a very simple breakdown such as :

 

Total income:

 

Total outgoings:

 

Amount left for PDL:

 

 

As BB said, can you give more info? If you supply a PDL with a list of creditors, they are known to try and contact those creditors and lie to them.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

I learned off hear to be in control, tell them what cones in and what goes out and what you can afford to pay

 

Then sit back and wait for them to agree, you can hurry them along with repeat emails, never ring, i didnt.

 

They will agree, the just try and get you stressed

 

Hold your nerve, try and relax, and stick to youre guns
