can i congradulate NK Motors

brought a used car (citroen picasso) from nk motors (long eaton) last month

 

payed around 4k for an 06 reg but for that received full leather interior, reverse sensors and a panoramic roof (which going off my last picasso should be labled emergency exit)

 

got a full years guarantee

full service

full mot

we payed for a years tax then got told "theres 7 months left on it would you like that"

THEY payed for the scratches in the bumper to go to a proper body shop

 

when we had 2 small issues (light out on dash, 1 button not working i tried to fix them myself after ringing them their EXACT response was "why would you want to try yourself we gave you a warranty feel free to bring it in

 

bulb out took ten mins to fix, dash off bulb in.

 

the other problem was the button for the automatic headlights wasnt working, they actually contacted the old owner who said "i just used the manual ones it might just be stiff"

 

sat in the car on the way to work just pressing it on and off for an hour, suddenly started working and hasnt stopped since

 

well done NK motors well and truely impressed well done simon and indi for your good sales as well

That is what we need more of-compliments instead of complaints.

 

I had cause to write to my local council and I marked my letter Formal Compliment. I wonder how long it took them to realise it wasn't a complaint

Nice to hear praise on this forum. We often forget the thousands of happy customers that buy new cars every day.

 

Also a shout out to Hyundai at Peterlee. My father in law bought a second hand tucson from another dealer. Had a couple of small issues few months later. Took it into them as it was in its 5th year of the 5 year warranty. They fixed it and even valeted the car for him at no charge.

It is nice to hear of good customer service - it restores your faith a little.

 

I had reason to write and thank a company once - from their response, it was actually a shock to them that it wasnt a complaint and they sent me £50.00 worth of gift vouchers as well

yep theyve said its likely to be a week

 

its probly either the turbo or the vaccum pump, more likely the vacuum in my opinion as the brakes spongy as well

 

theyve provided a curtosy car which i certainly wasnt expecting

we have a new issue with the car (clicking and wheezing when accelerating)

 

rang up got told only 3 month warrenty by service team

 

rang sales who sold us it, got told mistake as only 3 month warrenty entered on computer as good will geasture new warrenty started so total of 18 month warrenty now
