hello people , haven't been on here for a while . had some success withh PPI claims in the past but i have a question about a car i bought in 2000 . i bought a brand new car in 2000 from james edwards in chester with finance from lloyds bank . i have absolutely no records of the loan but believe i was paying PPI on it , would anyone have any idea how i go about starting the process of a claim if i have no records ( account numbers , payment details etc ) , feel like i was ripped off once again so once again into the breach lol.

any help or advice greatly appreciated.:|

sar Lloyds?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

you would be unlikely be able to reclaim it as it is too long ago. There is a genral limit of 6 years which can be stretched to 9 if the agreement was in force before that time butended more recently and you have become aware of it in the last 3 years.
