I realise that there are similarities with other re-claim exercises but do we, or will we, have any templates in the library to cover these later 'mis-sells'?

if this is CPP you're talking about they're in the process of sending letters to all previous customers saying they're working out what they owe everyone

both myself and the wife got letters at the weekend saying they'll be in touch in the next 12 weeks to explain what we have to do to be considered for compensation. the best about it is, I already got my compensation off them when this all first went public, so if they want to send a wee bit more my way........ lol

can you not adapt a PPI template? your reason for mis-selling is that you did not need the cover as cover was already built into the card

As the process stands at the moment, there is no need for a template.

 

All the documentation you will need will be sent out to you and you then need to vote for or against the redress scheme.
