Does a search on TrustOnline.org.uk notify a search to the authorities

I want to do a search on TrustOnline.org.uk to check out a CCJ, but I want to know if I can remain anonymous. Does anyone have knowledge about whether or not the authorities will be notified by the search?

Gotcha. Its just a database. Anyone can search it. So they wouldnt need you to search it. They could look themselves.

It seems that the site is part of the government, and isn't weird to check on something like that. And they will have credit card info.

I can't understand why you would want to use a site were you pay, youcan do it for free on the justice site.

The MCOL site is for the issue and defending of claims.

 

Trustonline is the one to use for searching for judgements that have been made.

I wonder if some user are fake and try to trick you into saying too much. I also wonder if there can be search of a user's location through this site. I'm sorta being serious.

From your other tread you were asking about TrustOnline so I would assume you want to check for any judgements prior to returning to the UK?

I've used it myself, and so have tens of thousands of other people. It is the recommended way to find out. The only other way would be to contact Northampton Bulk centre, but they would most likely require a reference number.
