Just a quick one is it possible to reclaim ppi on a business loan,

I know once in the past when the loans have been settled I have been refunded the premiums,

but on my present one I had to take out a life insurance at £x per month

rather than the total premium being added to the loan as has been the case in the past which I assume is due to the ppi scandal,

just curious at the moment as someone told me their bank had handed them a form in branch and suggested they try.

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

Quick update

sent Lloyds a SAR letter with the money and

after waiting a package came the other day,

which contains all the statements for my current personal account with them,

this was not what was requested and the personal account number was not on the letter,

they have said they no longer have any records for my old TSB account due to its age

but have sent nothing to do with my current Lloyds business account which was also requested,

they have not sent any credit agreements, insurance agreements etc that were requested, so whats the next step?

Thanks

Quick update,

haven't had a chance to ring them about it as working awkward hours at the minute

but have found the paperwork from the loand agreements

and I think one of the od's

but not sure what exactly I'm looking for on them as the insurance doesnt seem to be specifically list on the agreements.

you'll need to look at the statements of each to see if the PPI shows each month

All the paperwork regarding my business accounts turned up out of the blue the other day with a letter apologising for the delay in sending them, what do I need to look for in the paperwork to find out if there was PPI on the loans?

should be mentioned on the actual agreements

if not

look at the first few pages of the loans statement

that should show it front loaded.

credit cards and bank accounts

it will normally be listed on each monthly statement

Final update to this as not been on the forum in quite a while,

never got as far as sorting it out myself

around september last year Lloyds sent me out a form to sign if I wanted to claim PPI

in the end they agreed my claim on 5 out of 7 loans I've had over the years and paid be back just over £8000 :-D
