Has anyone else tried complaining about the fact Ryanairs headline price does not include a boarding pass? It's sort of essential for actually flying, and airport check in charges are understandable, but how can it not be in the headline price? At east the excessive credit and debit card charges are being dealt with. Ryanair is, as far as /i know, the only airline that charges you 'extra' for printing your own boarding pass. Sometimes this 'fee' is waived during sales - for some flights - but it should be included at all times.

Trading standards weren't interested.

Ryanair is one of the worst airlines to use. They have been under investigation countless times for their business practices. Have you tried complaining to the advertising regulator?

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

They do not charge for them when they are having promotions - hence they could argue the cost is as advertised. My last flight was only because we were given a voucher - Easyjet is now usually cheaper, all considered. The days of an £18 return to Barcelona are over.

Is there a reason you are necroposting concluded threads?

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the rules here as to how long must pass before a thread is considered "concluded"; most of the other forums I post to have it in their rules or automatically close threads after several months. I wouldn't have thought a thread from last month is that old.
