I can't believe that in this day and age there is no way to find a mobile even if its got GPS built in.

 

O2 are about as much use as a paper kettle

 

HTC the maker of the phone has a website called HTC sense which used to have a tracker on it, but that has now been removed to improve the site (perhaps the site should be called HTC NONSENSE)

 

Police not really interested

 

Unfortunately we didnt have time to sort out insurance before it was stolen as we were not going to pay the instore price

 

Someone told us that it was automatically insured for a couple of weeks but that appears not to be true.

 

Just hopeless - I have a good mind to stop the d/d payments until they do something to attempt to find it but i suppose that just wont help either.

S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) letter sent 04/09/06, awaiting reply.

 

Statements arrived 11/11/06 along with cover letter apologising for going over Data Protection Act time limit and promising to refund DPA fee, prelim letter sent out same day.
