The CRA is though only using the data supplied to them which is said by the company making the entry to be accurate, the challenge should be made to the DATA CONTROLLER of that company and a notice of dispute should be placed on the entry, also ALL the agencies should be checked for the same dat.

The CRA cannot remove or change the entry until authorised to do so by the company that placed the data.

It's all the other details they hold about you that aren't included in a cra report. Maybe an SAR rather than a credit report would be more appropriate.

Hi Coniff, having made several subject access request to CRAs on behalf of others I have found that there is little or no other data from what an individual sees when viewing their own files.
