please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Two companies are following through on doorstep call more often, Scotcall and MMF.

I had one once from Scotcall. He was a tiny little old man, nothing like you would imagine from the threatograms.

I told him to wait on the doorstep, saying, "Oh yes, I have something for you." Then I handed him a copy of the doorstep letter and shut the door.

That was over four years ago and I haven't had one since.

I had a visit from someone working for Moorcroft a few years back. He wasn't very threatening and I just told him Moorcroft hadn't sent me a valid agreement, account's in dispute and if he sets foot on my drive again it'll be classed as trespass. He didn't argue and just went away.
