Hi BIlling finance have asked to see bank statements and pay slips ,question one do we have to send them question two can they take us to court to see them if we don't .thanks.,ko

Hi we returned a car have been paying x amount per month for about ayear with one increase just done a review can't increase this time have sent income / expenditure which we do every time they ask only this time they have asked for bank statements and pay slips so as to my question do we have to and what can they do if we don't . Thanks DIann

No you don't have to and there is not much they can do about it. Only if they took you to court and a Judge asked to see these, would they have sight of them. Unlikely, if you are paying what has been agreed.
