Sols? They now have me thinking if I submit the forms I will get a ccj? This is my biggest fear because it really isn't an option although I do understand and appreciate it myself that's got in this mess in the first place. Is there an option to 100% guarantee this wont happen?

See post #50. This is a self help site. You need to follow advice and read around the site. Then have a go. people will respond when you have posted what you believe is your defense; they won't write it for you from scratch.

Yep. You need to write your defence first, then we can clean it up. The reason for this is that it gives you a better understanding of what is going on, if you are questioned about it in court. If we just give you a bullet point list, then it's harder to think on the spot when questioned.
