Text loan/mucky hall. Have you had NOA from oc and Dca to state that they are now legally entitled to collect this debt?

Some say NOT to deal with DCAs and always deal with OCs. I'm of the opinion that some DCAs are a lot easier to deal with than the original PDL company! They're usually much more likely to accept a long term repayment plan and freeze interest and charges. However, ensure that the amount they're claiming is not ridiculously inflated with unenforceable charges and fees.

As for the others, keep emailing them or writing to them. I know it can sometimes feel like you're banging your head against a brick wall, but if they ever went near a court (highly unlikely) you can show that you made lots of effort in trying to deal with the PDL company's and they didn't play ball!

It never rains but it pours...

Thanks BombayMix! I have heard from Mucky Hall and they have asked me to complete expenditure etc which I have.

Only other problem is I have recently changed my address and am getting flooded with letters at my old address!

Does anyone have an Emails other than the generic ones for any of the above Companies??

Thanks,

aj
