oh right, i have had dealings with these, i went through. 4 different DCA's until i sent them a CCA request, they did not have one so sent me a letter saying will no longer be persuing the amount as no valid CCA, have kept the letter in case of any come backs, 3 years on not a wisper, has it 100% been sold on?

Good for you Plan B, defo keep a hold of that letter As far as I'm aware it's been 100% sold on?

SAR the OC. You probably have a fair amount of penalty charges/insurances. If lowell has it, then the debt is most likely bad in some way. Dont tell lowell try and say they dont have to comply.

If lowell come calling and dont say anything about the CCA request and still try to demand money, simply send the non compliance letter again.

Let's look at this simply please CCA request not complied with, therefore failure to comply/ account in dispute until CCA is produced all else is a waste of time at this point.
