You could write to the bailiffs and say that you are a vulnerable household because of your son and you do not have to let the bailiffs in if they turn up, im sure others will be along shortly and advise better than me

good luck tho and just stand your ground with the bailiffs x

As per hallow, keep all doors and windows locked, and move any motor a good walk away, there is no law that says you must deal with a bailiff, and keeping him out will limit any legitimate fees. letting him in to list goods is a very bad idea indeed.

We could do with some help from you.

Any payments you want to make against this debt do so direct to the council online or automated telephone service

do the council know your current situation you may fall into vulnerable category bailiff action should stop contact your local MP if the council wont play ball

If i have helped in any way hit my star.

It is so very important that you REFUSE to allow the bailiff to come into your home.

You MUST ensure that you do not have a car either outside of your home or parked nearby as this will be taken.

Lastly, your really MUST write a letter to the council and copy the bailiff to outline your circumstances and to offer a payment arrangement.
