Hi all

 

I've started a claim for charges off an old catalogue account. It's been paid off and closed. I sent a preliminary letter a month ago, no response. Ive sent an LBA to them after 14 days elapsed from the preliminary letter deadline. Theyve got another 7 days to comply. If no response after that what would be the next course of action?

UPDATE - Sent LBA 3 weeks ago, still no written response from Shop Direct. So now obviously the next route is court, I will need some advice on how to produce the POC to send to the courts in relation to the charges. Any help appreciated thanks
