Template for ending your agreement with estate agent?

Hi

 

does anyone have a template for giving 2 months notice to your estate agent and ending the agreement. Im going to go it alone and try managing my tenancy myself..

Hi, not sure there is one!!

 

All I guess you need to do is:

Adrress it to the Manager

XXXX Estate Agents

 

I write to give xxxx Estate Agents notice that I

am withdrawing my property from your management

services from date xxxxx, please therefore have all

the documentation you hold on the tenancy arrangent

made available to me on or before the above date.

 

Please also prepare a final account and arrange for the

deposit held to be made over to me (use if the agent has

managed the deposit and put it into an approved ''scheme''.

Any monies due to be should also be paid at this time.

 

Any keys held must be returned to me at this time.
