I have about £700 in charges and interest I would like to re-claim from these lot.

But after reading junior's thread and the way it all went wrong I am feeling anxious already.

They basically made a defence and stuck with it and junior didn't want to go to court so is in a bit of a mess right now.

I'm concerned that some people like me come on this forum and think it's easy, so that's my question.

How easy is it?

How long does it take?

Will I definitely have to go to court to get a refund of all charges?

not always

you need to make you claim water tight from the off.

if you do it properly

[complaint form, soc etc]

then you should not lose

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
