i want to ask anybody on here about mitigate trace and collect.

my mum who is nearly 80 has received a letter from these people demanding over £1000 on behalf of barclays bank

.she has never been a customer of barclays bank so i`d just like to know if their are any other people who have been [spoofed] by these people.

i have been in touch with the bank and the response i got from them is that they aren`t really that bothered because it`s not them who is being [spoofed].

Hi and welcome to CAG

There are too many to mention.

If you type "MTC" into the site search engine you will come up with a plethora of threads about these people....have a read up about them and you will get the picture as to what to do

the tactics are seen here

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
