they said my mum owes them £1017 from a credit card debt they bought from barclays in 2006. my mum has never banked with barclays in her life. she is 78 years old and at her wits end. these people sound like bully boy fraudsters. she received a letter from them saying there WILL be a removal action in the next 24 hours....hahaha!....yeah right!

my mum has again recieved a letter this time from mcall repo on behalf of mitigate trace and collect. can anyone please shed any light on any of these companies as i keep drawing a blank as to who they are? thank you

i want to ask anybody on here about mitigate trace and collect. my mum who is nearly 80 has received a letter from these people demanding over £1000 on behalf of barclays bank .she has never been a customer of barclays bank so i`d just like to know if their are any other people who have been [spoofed] by these people. i have been in touch with the bank and the response i got from them is that they aren`t really that bothered because it`s not them who is being [spoofed].
