Morgan Stanley /Barclaycard ?

Doing a further few CC claims for my employer (who is also my mum's other half) who has had several CCs with PPI over the last 10 years or so.

 

One of them, which I think is mainly a personal one rather than a business one (although has been used for business purchases) was originally a Morgan Stanley card.

 

Now, MS statements end Sept 2008 and Barclaycard ones start Oct 2008.

 

Who do I send the claim to? Is it one claim, or two separate?

This one is particularly annoying me, as the account opened August 2005, but out of the blue July 2007 PPI is added, and has been paid ever since!

Indeed.

 

My employer was, at the time, self employed (sole trader employing around 10-12 others), with several personal stand alone policies (life insurance (x4!) hospital, sickness etc), and has a pretty serious medical condition, so:

a)he didn't ask for it

b)he didn't need it

c)it was useless to him anyway

 

Hopefully a clear cut case... although that's probably wishful thinking!
