the vehicle was repossessd using these figures on d/n and t/n.

 

if the actual figure she was to pay back was £16,868 80 and she had paid £8,224.52 the money she owes is £8.644.28 not whats on the tn

the d/n states total amount payable under the agreement as £18,643.80 I assume this includes charges as is different from credit agreement but there is no mention of removal of the deposit

default sent 13th feb remedy by march 1st termination notice 3rd march pretty quick hey

 

unless shown otherwise, deemed served 2 working days =15th, 14 days = 29th. so, would be ok re the 14 days.

LOL not really, but another issue is they sent the default notice after 1 missed payment (served under section 87(1) of the cca 1974

What year (so I can check dates on calendar)? If this year the dates would be OK (unless sent 2nd. class post), but if it was a different year they may not be OK.

will wait for the sar do beleive I`m beging to understand now, the most payment we could have made is 26 =£7,130 plus £1500 subtract this from the18k

 

thanks ims

stil feel its abit strong to default after 1 missed payments though.
