Help-new member being chased for payments.

Please help I am totally lost!! What does this officially gone mean ? I am not sure whether i have an agreement? I have no paperwork and depsite having asked the pain of a man who keeps knocking my door they wont provide it... I have now had a letter from a LLP threatening court action. What renders an agreement unenforceable. I no longer have the car.. it was taken without permission (the police wont notify dvla as stolen however as it was someone i knew who is an official missing person - as is the car)!! I cant remember what i signed as it was 2 years ago ... and have no copies of anything...i am now not working and cant afford to pay anythign at all anyway!! Ive not really dealt with anything haveing been ill for some months... so any advice on how to fix the situation is gratefully accepted!! have no idea where to start!!

Hi Pixychick, welcome to the CAG.

 

Sorry to hear of your plight. Please note that the forum is open to all and that includes the ability for all and sundry to post anything too, which may not necessarily be strictly accurate and does lead to confusion at times, as is obviously the case with the interpretation of the title of this thread.

 

As Martin3030 of the Site team has already confirmed in his response above, Nine Regions Ltd hasn't gone and their credit licence still shows as being current.

 

So please do bear in mind that some titles can incorporate elements that are not strictly legally correct but that is the nature and limitation of all open forums.

 

Not all posters are legally trained so it is incumbent on all to check and recheck before taking anything as legally gospel.

 

Consequently not all interpretations can always be assumed to be totally correct which is why it pays to re-qualify everything and anything you read on this open forum wherever possible before making any assumptions to how they may relate to your own individual situation and circumstances.

 

As far as your own situation goes, It would help if you could take the time to start a new thread/posting with as much detail as possible on your own situation with no personal information to obviously identify you. This will enable others to help you. At the moment you have simply attached your comments to an existing thread and your call for help may not necessarily be seen by all. Also there are some details regarding a missing person etc which are a little confusing and may benefit from some additional clarification being made .
