They are clutching at straws in trying to rebrand and save themselves. It won't work - it goes to deep.

It is the principal, Alasdair Turnbull, who holds a personal Law Society group credit licence. This is likely to be revoked. Nothing to do with HFO's licences, but no doubt the actions are not totally unconnected.

As you imply, they are not ‘new’. It is the same company, the same legal entity, just with a different name.

 

Depends what plans HFO have for all their unenforceable, unvalidated accounts. Depends on the OFT decisions I suppose. Maybe Quarterdick Flaw will start working for Rox, who knows...
