Hi

I am having problems with Yessofa! This has been going on for 11 months now. I feel that I am getting the run around from the manager at Droitwich, Whenever I call I am told he is not in today or he has popped out. I have asked for him to call back on numerous occasions but no calls arrive. Could someone please advise the phone number or email of the head office. I have a 4000 word letter of complaint but rather than just post it I would like to Email it also.

Many Thanks

Daddio

Whatever the problem, you shouldn't talk on the phone, as you have already noticed, you get the run around.

Send your enquirey in a recorded delivery letter and copy it to the head office with a note down in the bottome left corners saying who it has been copied to.

Hi

I will try and shorten the problem. Ordered a sofa 16th January 2011 but we didn't want scatter cushions so we were going to go elseware. The salesman said we can make bespoke and make box back cushions for you at no extra cost! We thought great and went ahead with the order.

After 10 weeks there had been no contact, we called and asker for the salesman who was on his day off, we were promiosed a call back, this didn't happen we called again and in my opinion was spoken too in a less than civilised manner. Eventually after 11 weeks the suite arrived. Suprise suprise with scatter cushions not box back. I called the Birmingham office and they said don't worry we will have some made for you. to cut a long stry short cushions were made with the wrong material. this was pointed out and I was told dont worry we will have some more made.

4th July Irang the office and was told the cuhions were now in, I collected them only to notice that they were too big and the material ran the wrong way, and there was no piping running around as per the seat backs!!

8th July contacted the Droitwich office spoke with a chap named Oliver who claims to be the area manager, he apologised and said he would look into this issue. after numerous phone calls I am still awaiting cushions excuses include bank holidays, wrong material, manufacturers closed for the week Oliver not in today (7 occasions) none of my calls returned. As you can see very frustrated

Regards
