Help needed- Review of my redcued payment amount

Hi, I have had some great advice previously on this website and I managed to get my credit cards to agree to reduced repayments. I am currently paying £32 a month to Natwest Credit cards, I have received a letter from them today asking me to ring them to discuss how I intend to increase my payment to them as part of the review of my repayments. Tbh I can't afford to pay any more to tem, i have recently moved and now have to pay more rent. I have a financial statement I completed through the cashflow scheme. I can continue paying £32 a month but no more. Do you suggest I ring them as previously I was told to only deal with creditors in letters? Any advise would be apprecited, thanks.

Send them a copy of your income expenditure - this makes it easier - and ask them to keep the current arrangement in place. If your circumstances are unchanged then there's no reason for them to refuse.

The Cashflow should hold the same weight as a CFS, so they should accept it without any problems.
