I hired a film from blockbuster and half way through the film it all froze. When i finally got the film out, it had jam all over it, so i cleaned it off and tried to insert the dvd again, but my dvd player would not work after that. It was too late to take the film back, so the next day we returned it and told them, they got an engineer out two weeks later, two weeks after that i chased it up and was told my dvd player was destroyed, when i asked them to replace it as its multi regional, they said they had my one after all. Its now been a month after that and they still wont return my dvd player, what can i do please....

Hi ron

Welcome to CAG

I would be tempted to send a couple of LBA letters to remind them, only communicate via letters, send them Recorded to their Head Office. Make sure you send them a letter also explaining fully whats happened.
