Hi there forum,, we bought a leather suite from scs in livingston,scotland, had it delevered on 26/9/2011,paid over £1500 , the first week we had the upholsterer out to it{ which he said was ok}, all the cushions have sunk, sides are full of wrinkles,contacted them again, they are just not INTERESTED, they say contact consumer rights,we have today ,ang they are fighting our corner now,,we want a FULL REFUND,, lost all confidence in them,, they were good enough to take our money, but not wanting to repair or replace,, BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM SCS,if i have to i will stand outside their shop and show everybody the pics i have of their DODGY GEAR.:-x:-x:-x:-x:-x:-x:-x:mad2:

I am happy to support you and other unhappy ScS customers to get justice done - I bought a ScS Sofa a couple of years ago worth £600 and starting peeling badly last year - I contacted them and they would not take responsibility and kept fobbing me off so after a couple of complaint letters they said it had been my fault as a result of cleaning the sofa (which I did after the peeling occurred) so I am in the process building ScS Sofas complaints profile so ScS sofas wish they hadn’t messed with me.
