How do you want the questionaire filled in? Can you not set up a web site and send us the link, then people can complete it via that on line? Do you want us to do one for every DCA we are dealing with?

I don't mind completing it if you can tell me what to do? happy to support students

The site team would have to approve the link.

Can you just fill one questionnaire out please. We don't need one for every DCA that you have dealt with. Just an overview on all of them.

One questionnaire will be more than adequate and help us with the statistics.

Thank you

If you would prefer to fill the questionnaire out privately you can email us and then we will send the questionnaire to you (using microsoft word) and then fill the survey out save it on your computer etc and email the finished one back to the email address that we send you.

We would gladly appreciate your inputs as this will give us the full picture of the industry.
