Right, Rocksbourgh are another trading name for HFO Capital/Services!

 

Both have been sold to this firm! Getting a letter to confirm it.

 

Not sure if anyone has covered this , as DB and CD are on the thread. Roxbough are a completely different company with a different reg number as are Capital and Services. I better read your thread before I go into detail

Had a letter from M & S Money in the post this morning. here's what it reads:

Further to our telephone conversation today I confirm that both accounts have been sold to HFO Capital Limited.

 

HFO Capital Limited have confirmed that the company was registered in the Cayman Islands until 31st January 2008. However at the time the above accounts were purchased, the company was registered at Riveside Two, Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland and the accounts they purchased are administered by HFO Services at 5th Floor, 165 the Broadway, Wimbledon, SW191ME, telephone 0208 4178 100.

Thanks, I have my hands full with a very poorly wife at the moment, so I just need the bare basics.

 

I beggars belief that a company like HFO can operate freely effectively without a CCL. I for one would cheer from the rooftops if they lost their licence for the misery this so called company have put Me, my mrs & countless others through!

HFO called just now on the landline & asked for me, she confirmed I was in & that I would not speak to them on the phone & to put anything in writing, the woman put the phone down then phoned my mobile & being in the mood I am read her the riot act in Harassment Act 1997, S127 Communication Act 03, CPUTR 2008 and demanded that she take my numbers off her system at once and asked where my Credit Agreement is and told her in no certain terms of what woul happen if any from HFO called me again as this account is in dispute.
