Clearing internet cache

I'm trying to load an online game on my laptop but it keeps coming up with a loading error. It says I need to clear my internet cache and try again. Done that several times with CCleaner, but still get the same message. Game was loading fine a couple of days ago.

 

Any ideas?

It seems to only support Internet Explorer dx. I use (and prefer) Firefox.

Hi SOD'EM,

 

If you are still having a problem try this:

 

1. At the top of the Firefox window, On the menu bar, click on the Tools menu, and then click Options...
   
2. Select the Advanced panel.
   
3. Click on the Network tab.
   
4. In the Offline Storage section, click Clear Now.
   
5. Click OK to close the Options windowClick Close to close the Preferences windowClose the Preferences window
   

 

Additionally you might want to clear the history (visited sites, etc):

 

 

At the top of the Firefox windowOn the menu bar, click on the Tools menu, and select Clear Recent History....

 

1. Select how much history you want to clear:


1. Beside Time range to clear select how much of your history Firefox will clear. You can clear the history collected in the last one, two, or four hours; all previous hours of that day (Today); or all your history (Everything).
   
   
2. Click Clear Now. The Clear Recent History window will close, and the data you have selected will be cleared.
