basically I have the same problem with 2 collection companies at the moment, my wife and I have explained to them that we dispute the amount owed , both companies have had Data Protection Act letters which are about to expire and both companies have credited our £10 against the ballance , Both companies insist that we must set up a payment plan immediatley , both companies owe more in charges than we owe them , Both companies have had multiple letters explaining the above posted recorded delivery , what now ?
