I was recently in the Sheriff court and the judge said l had a Time to Pay Direction of £300 per month, which is more than l had previously agreed with Anderson Strathern. I am with Payplan and they have said that as l cannot pay the £300, l can afford about £250 then l will default. The judge warned that if l defaulted it would automatically become an open decree. Does this mean that Anderson Strathern / RBS will freeze my wages etc? Or are they more likely to agree to a smaller sum?

Any help would be much appreciated.
