Hi

I wounder if someone could please help me with this:

Twelve months ago unknown to me my daughter took out a small loan with provident. When she let slip I went mad with her telling her these people are cowboys and how right I was.

So in May I gave her the money to settle this in full and a few weeks later the confirmation came through that her acccount was now settled.

Today she receives a solicitors letter stating she still owed them £20 and to pay up and mad numerous threaths and as she is in her twenties this has really frightened and upset her. I am older and like to think wiser with these **** She has searched but at the moment has mislaid this letter from Provident. We know this money is not owed but how do I get these of her back?:x
