recieved notice of change of solicitors to eversheds in Cardiff.

So I took advantage of their e mail address and asked them to settle rather than waste anymore of my time. I wonder what they will say ?

they offered full settlement today with a confidentiality clause, which of course I told them they can shove. So they are going to send out another Tomlin order.

Dippy Egg for tea tonight.

Hello livelylad,

Congratulations!

A copy of that "interesting" e-mail wouldn't be available to us by any chance would it?

They seem to have shot themselves in the foot!

Regards, Jeff.

The charges take into account several factors and the amounts were a business decision and no breakdown is available. As you will be aware these charges were reduced to £16.00 following the Office of Fair Trading report.

Interesting as to the charges have to be a pre estimate and thus a breakdown has to be available otherwise how do they arrive at their figure.
