All late charges are recoverable in full plus CI at the current cash rate they charge you or as per the last statement you received when the account was live plus 8% simple

interest

on the total.

Use this calculator for each charge and tick the box for '12 rests'

PPI

should also be reclaimable if you were charged it but more knowledgeable caggers will advise on that.

Note the Pocs terms and conditions from the Library Cap1 relate to October 2007 does this apply to you ?

Due to restrictions of text the Pocs will not fit on the MCOL online form.

In view of this and also considerations that relate to confusions with the Test Case vs CC claims,I would strongly consider filing the claim in open Court, where you will have the opportunity to submit the initial supporting info with the claim, one of those being the 2006 OFT investigation reports into CC charges.

well as i said earlier, you need to go thru the fos first

yesterday they announced that ppi reclaims should now also include extra interest because the ppi sums PCM were paid first from you payment, so thus you have been charged extra interest on interest.

pers i'd go thru them if 8 weeks hae elapsed since you first requested ppi reclaim.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
